Fight that Freshman 15 with healthy meal prepping! Learn how to create a balanced meal without breaking your budget, or spending all night in the kitchen.
NAIT’s Culinary Department Head, Chef Jeff Gordon, will teach you how to prepare tantalizing and nutritious Crock-Pot meals. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make the most of your ingredients (and time, and budget!) by prepping ahead. At the end of the class, you’ll have ready-made meals and a recipe booklet to take home.
Psst… for this event only, we’re giving away a prize! One lucky participant will also be leaving this event with a brand new Crock-Pot. Each participant who registers and shows up to the event will receive an entry to the draw.
