Puppy Yoga

Puppies + Yoga = Pure Bliss. What better way to relax than with puppy cuddles? Take your mind off midterms with our gentle guided yoga class, and enjoy a few snuggles with puppies from a local animal rescue. We have two time slots to choose from (3:30-4:15pm and 4:30-5:15pm). The Inquiring Mind Workshop

The Inquiring Mind is an education-based program designed to address and promote mental health and reduce the stigma of mental illness in an educational/student setting. The program teaches about creating a supportive campus and how to support others who may be experiencing poor mental health. Three main components are covered: stigma reduction, resiliency skills, and the Mental Health Continuum. Sessions will run 8:30 – noon on Saturday, March 30.

Pet Therapy in The Naitrium

Feeling stressed? Head down to The NAITrium between 11:00am to 1:00pm to hang out with some furry friends! St. John Ambulance will be on campus with certified therapy dogs to help ease your final exam stress. Pet therapy is proven to help decrease feelings of loneliness and anxiety, and these pups are trained experts in cuddling. Take a break from your studies to snuggle and spend time with some new furry friends.
