PeerLink Mentorship Program: A Newcomer Youth Mentorship Program

Are you passionate about helping others succeed? Edmonton Immigrant Services Association (EISA) is looking for post-secondary students to mentor high school newcomer students and make a real difference in their lives.

Who we need:
• Male volunteers are especially encouraged to apply.
• Must speak Arabic, Dari, Hindi, or Punjabi.
• Must have been a newcomer student in junior high or high school.

Why volunteer?
• Gain leadership and mentoring experience.
• Build meaningful connections.
• Support students adjusting to a new country and school system.

Commitment: 2 hours a week: 1 hour for prep and 1 hour between 3-4pm in person at the school. Currently, look for Mondays or Thursdays
