If you would like to build on your current education and experience with using AutoCAD inn a professional non-profit setting, this flexible position could be right for you. You can use your specialized skill set to support an established charity as we provide support to those in need, such as adults with Disabilities and children and youth with complex needs.
This volunteer position will require the applicant to be proficient in drafting and sketching while using AutoCAD to create accurate floor plans of identified Edmonton residential properties.
Volunteer applicants would need to travel within Edmonton north and south side residence locations, take notes and measurements then sketch floor plans. Volunteers would use auto cad program software provided at administrative office to finish detailed residential floor plans. Applicants who have successfully completed education and training in Architecture or Drafting preferred. All required software, equipment and supplies provided.
A collaborative approach to working in small teams will also be preferred. A letter of reference after successful completion of AutoCAD residential floor plans project will be provided.
