“The education internship at WILDNorth gave me an amazing opportunity to grow. I improved my presentation skills, research skills, and writing skills. I also learned a lot about Albertan wildlife and veterinary medicine. The coolest part about this internship is that you get to see a little bit of everything that WILDNorth does while filming and photographing animal care and rescues. I was also given a lot of freedom to create social media content and presentations on whatever interested me the most, which was daunting at first but turned out to be amazing. Not to mention, I was given an opportunity to see and play a part in helping some really beautiful wildlife!” – Jordan, Wildlife Education Intern 2023
