Overview
Make a difference in a child’s life with Cerebral Palsy Alberta’s Splash Time Aqua Therapy Program! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our aqua therapy sessions, designed for children with disabilities aged 2 to 12. This unique program, held in a warm water pool, aims to enhance the therapeutic benefits of aquatic therapy under the guidance of a qualified aqua therapist.

Your Role as a Volunteer:

  • Commitment: Your consistency is key to the children’s progress and enjoyment.
  • Training: Receive guidance on working with children from a certified therapist.
  • Child Partnership: Be paired with a child for the duration of the program, or assist different children as needed.
  • Engagement: Help create a fun and memorable experience for the children.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the therapist and seek guidance when needed.

Duration: 12-week program (excluding April 9 and May 17)
