How to vote
All students in a credit class (who are assessed a NAITSA fee) during this election are eligible to vote online in the 2025-2026 NAIT Students’ Association Senate Election.
- Log into to vote using your NAIT student credentials at: naitsa.simplyvoting.com
- Please read the instructions for each question carefully.
- When done voting, click continue.
- Please review your selections, and click confirm. You have now completed the voting process.
NOTE: Once you submit your vote, you will not be able to change your vote or vote online again.

Appeal Process for NAITSA Elections and Referenda
Any student member of NAITSA may submit an appeal to the Chief Returning Officer (CRO) and Deputy Returning Officer (DRO) regarding the conduct of an election or referendum. Appeals can be submitted at any time during the campaign or voting period. However, all appeals must be filed no later than one (1) business day after the polls close. (24 hours after voting ends)
Before submitting an appeal, please review NAITSA’s Bylaws, paying particular attention to Bylaws 7.11 and 7.17, to ensure you understand the requirements and procedures. A copy of the NAITSA Bylaws is available here.
In the case of this NAITSA Senate Election 2025-26 the NAITSA Election Complaint form will close Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 4:00PM MST.
All appeals must be submitted in writing using the official NAITSA Election Complaint Submission Form, which can be found here.
Deadline to file a complaint to the Chief Returning Office (CRO):
Must be timestamped in the INBOX of the CRO (cro@naitsa.ca), no later than 4:00PM, Thursday, October 16, 2025.
