Hello my fellow NAIT students!

My name is Joshua Escandor, but most people call me Josh. I’m so excited to be running for election to the NAITSA Senate! This position is a great opportunity to be involved in decisions such as bylaw changes and budget allocation that shape how our association is governed.

The Senate’s role is to promote accountability and good governance. As a member of this body, I’ll take part in approving bylaws, overseeing representation, and reviewing and approving NAITSA’s annual budget. These responsibilities are key to ensuring our association remains a valuable and responsible service for students.

Building on these responsibilities, my goal as a senator is to approach every decision with fairness, dedication, and transparency. Working alongside my fellow senators, I want to ensure the choices we make reflect NAITSA’s values and help improve the student experience.

The Senate needs to reflect the diversity, creativity, and resilience of NAIT. By supporting me with your vote, we can work together to strengthen NAIT’s community!
