Hi, I’m Reed LaValley, and I’m running for NAITSA Senate. I’ve been a student at NAIT for three years, and if you’ve ever taken a class with me, you know I’m outspoken. I’m not afraid to ask questions, speak my mind, or challenge an idea when it deserves a closer look.

Senators help govern NAITSA by reviewing budgets and bylaws and asking the Executive Council questions about its work. I take students’ rights seriously, and I know NAIT brings together people from many different backgrounds and experiences. If elected, I’ll come prepared, ask thoughtful questions, and consider whether the decisions before Senate treat students fairly and protect their interests.

I’d be grateful for the chance to bring that honesty and care to the role. If we haven’t met yet, come say hi. I’m always happy to meet someone new. Thank you for considering me.
