YOUR FEES. YOUR INTERESTS. VOTE FOR A SENATOR WHO PUTS YOU FIRST!

Hi students!

My name is Viktoriia, and I’m a BBA Accounting student. I’m running for NAITSA Senate because I believe students deserve Senators who genuinely care about how decisions affect them.

To me, being a Senator means putting students first! It means bringing the student perspective to the governing body, asking the right questions, holding the Executive Council accountable, and making thoughtful decisions in the best interests of NAIT students.

My accounting background has taught me the importance of accuracy, transparency, and financial responsibility. I aim to serve on the Finance Subcommittee, where I could bring these skills when reviewing NAITSA’s budget and help ensure that student fees are used responsibly and with students in mind.

As a NAIT Peer Mentor, I already have the opportunity to support other students and hear different perspectives. I would bring the same openness to Senate.

I promise to approach this role with honesty, accountability, and genuine care.

And if you see me on campus, never hesitate to say hi! I’m just like you – sometimes shy, sometimes brave, but always open to people!
